PayToToken, operated by SE-DIGITALS, provides a cryptocurrency payment processing platform that allows users to create payment links and receive payments in various cryptocurrencies including SOL and USDC. The platform is accessible at paytotoken.xyz.

Our service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Wallet Security

• You are solely responsible for the security of your cryptocurrency wallet
• PayToToken (operated by SE-DIGITALS) does not store your private keys or seed phrases
• Lost private keys cannot be recovered by our service
• You must use secure and reputable wallet software

Compliance

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are responsible for any tax obligations related to transactions
• You must not use the service for illegal activities
• You must provide accurate information when required

Service Fees

• SE-DIGITALS charges a 2% commission on successful transactions
• Network fees (gas fees) are additional and paid by the sender
• Fees are automatically deducted from received payments
• Fee structure may change with 30 days notice

Transaction Limits

• Daily transaction limits may apply based on verification level
• Large transactions may require additional verification
• Suspicious activity may result in transaction holds

SE-DIGITALS shall not be liable for:

• Cryptocurrency price volatility or market fluctuations
• Network outages or blockchain congestion
• Loss of funds due to user error or wallet compromise
• Third-party wallet or exchange failures
• Regulatory changes affecting cryptocurrency usage

Maximum liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We collect minimal data necessary for service operation:

• Email addresses for notifications and support
• Public wallet addresses for transaction processing
• Transaction history for dashboard and analytics
• Technical cookies for website functionality

User-initiated termination: You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings.

SE-DIGITALS termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Suspicious or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended inactivity (12+ months)

Mediation: Unresolved disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with French law.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by French law and EU regulations including GDPR.

SE-DIGITALS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email and dashboard notifications.

Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
